Best Pasta Dishes from TBF in Sharm

Tuesday...Italian Night Tonight at the Blue Fountain... with our own home grown herbs.

All our dishes are freshly homemade with a little TBF twist....many original recipes and ideas I will share with you. I will also introduce to you the traditional Egyptian Pasta dishes available in Sharm...the most famous being koshari ...an Egyptian dish of rice, macaroni and lentils  mixed together, topped with a tomato-vinegar sauce; some add short pieces of spahgetti garnished with chickpeas and crispy fried onions. A sprinkling of garlic juice and hot sauce are optional...absolutely fabulous. 

We are not an Italian restaurant but each day has a theme. On Tuesdays we make fresh pasta dishes. Here are a few below and more about our specials on The Blue Fountain

Hello...Welcome to my blog. I am Linda, originally 

from Sussex in the UK, now the very proud owner of

The Blue Fountain Restaurant and Bar, 

a beautiful calm oasis in Naama Bay overlooking 

the vibrant Market Square.

My husband and I have traveled all over, 

but decided to settled in this little corner 

of the world 20 years ago. 

Sharm El Sheikh is located in South Sinai, Egypt. 

A great place with many great people, 

fabulous beaches & mountain scenery, 

with lots to do in the eternal sunshine.
